We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. Great interaction with the farm animals, and the whole family are welcoming hosts. The view, the location, the atmosphere, everything is wonderful. Breakfast and afternoon cake always super tasty. It was our second visit and we will surely be back!

What an amazing place. Host is amazing. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Super comfy room. Lovely balcony with views of the Alps! Booked in for half board, dinner was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent.

This apartment was great with wonderful view to the mountains from the terrace in back garden. Love this area and would definitely stay here again. Though I was a solo traveller, there was plenty of space. Very welcoming host on site - so easy access to apartment. Option for fresh bread delivery to your door each morning. Easy walk across to Gondelbahn and Alpendorf.

We drove past on arrival and missed the apartment, but the host was very quick to answer messages, so we were soon in the right location. We had brought food with us for this one and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our host was so friendly and showed us round and then left us alone, I think she lives in the apartment next door. We walked about fifteen minutes to a restaurant that just did snacks, clearly the rules about smoking inside didn't seem to apply at the location, but the landlords (as it was more a pub really) were lovely and the location was beautiful, as was the walk to get there and the sun setting over the mountains on the way back. The rooms were comfortable with a nice shower and facilities for washing clothes, a must when travelling for a month. The bed was nice and comfy and the are was so lovely and quiet.
