We loved every single thing about this property and this place. The flat is so beautiful - located just above a wine bar, across the road from a bakery, and (literally) a stone's throw from Lake Traunsee - and yet it is not noisy. It is impeccably clean, slept family of 4 comfortably. Philip was so easy to communicate with - he answered emails immediately. If you're driving, worry not - you can drive the car to the flat to drop off your suitcases, then Phillip gave me the map-pin-drop to the free parking - only a 7 minute walk away. IF you are a sleeper who likes pitch-black, take a sleeping mask b/c there is a street light outside the primary bedroom window that stays on overnight. Gmunden was stunning - definitely our favourite part of our Austrian holiday.

The flat has an incredible view that cannot be matched by any other accommodation. It is the best view of the lake and the location is very central. The flat is old style but very well kept, clean and spacious. Check in was very easy and quick and the owner gave us great tips on where to eat/what to do. If I go back to Gmunden I will definitely book this apartment again.
