Everything! From the apartment to the owners... Apartment was more than perfect, clean , warm etc... So as owners, very kind and helpfull. We also had problem with a car, they did everything they could so we solve the problem and continue with vacation. We are deffinitly comming back in future.. Big recommend !!!

A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. Even on rainy days, we enjoyed visits to a nearby citrus garden, local mine tours, an animal park, and a relaxing spa. Simply put, this Chaletdorf is a perfect escape from the everyday. Property at a great location, easy to get to city center. Check in is via a kiosk, went smoothly, prior to arrival the host sent all needed info, and clarification. Apartment was spacious with modern design, modern and well equipped kitchen area. Air conditioning is available. Apartment was well cleaned on arrival. Overally I can recommend the place, one outstanding thing was wifi which was surpsingly fast.

Absolutely loved it! Very clean, spotless! The kitchen is equipped with everything what you need( dishwasher, cutlery, mugs, kettle etc etc), bathroom is spotless, bedrooms are so clean and fresh! The host is very friendly and helpful, helped us with our EV. And there was cold beer waiting in the fridge! The environment is amazing, next time I will definitely book the same apartment!
