A lovely cottage surrounded by mountains. It was very peaceful in a beautiful setting, and the property is modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you could need. It also has a well kept garden, which is great when you’re travelling with dogs. The host was also very friendly and quick to respond. Great all around

The whole area, the lake, the resort position are awesome. Surrounded by forest and mountains, with a light blue lake in the middle. The resort is super typical Austrian style village. Our room was in a cozy and very nice wooden house. Right in front of us there is a resturant with bar that was always open and with a very kind personal. Breakfast was super and rich. I'll be back for sure.

A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather.     Very pleasant stay at a nice location. Lake is near, Villach town is only a few minutes by car, and we came for skiing which is also convenient (maybe 10 minutes by car to the main gondola). Breakfast is delicious and various, staff super friendly, helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for everyone, very calming area, and a big plus for the view of mountains and forest!
