Front desk staff very obliging and helpful.. apartment was fantastic, and everything u would need for your stay.. Owner is hospitable and kindly answered to all our questions. Everything was there and even more that usually not included in apartments. Location is ideal as you can reach mall, all kinds of kids entertainments by foot (winter time) and very nice promenade zone with restaurants/cafe. Unusual phenomenon for all Middle east countries is river - which was very nice. Convenient road junctions so you can reach easily downtown.

Our host Roshnee was extremely helpful. We had great communication with her before and during our stay. The apartment is perfect for a family with two children and in a great location for visiting the Yas Island theme parks. The accommodation itself is stylish and spotlessly clean. Our beds were comfy and everything we needed for our stay was available from toiletries to a beach bag so we could take towels to the pool. We'd definitely stay again!
