Coutious and polite staff, especially Luna who took care of us during the staf and our visit to the village. The stay was fantastic, and us - especially our child loved it at the cruise. Very clean rooms as well.

Activities were great and explained well. Our room was beautiful and the bath with a view amazing. Dinner was fab and we only wish we had had longer on board.

They learn to know you very quickly and give you amazing treatment as if you were the only one on the cruise. The schedule is accurate. The activities and excursions are interesting. The food is delicious and special. And personalized. Those who stay two nights and three days enjoy a day trip on a daily cruise in Kat Bah accompanied by excellent guidance and a delicious meal. Fantastic facilities, friendly staff, shout out to Jay for his caring service and consideration when I felt sick and to Andrew for being so friendly and helpful on the daytrips! Comfortable bed and pillows (better than some hotels on land), great views (obviously).

I would say 1 day is a bit rushed and perhaps 2 nights would be better although obviously more expensive - this is good choice for relaxing on bay. I was in doubt as 3D photo but the ship is quiet beafutifu

I spent a lot of time researching before booking this cruise, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the boat was gorgeous, and the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking❤️

The views were stunning. Unfortunately it was quite cold so couldn’t sit on deck, swim or kayak but at least it didn’t rain so we were able to do everything else. The caves were huge and quite breathtaking. Ming looked after us as did all the crew. The food was amazing and they made me meat dishes instead of of sea food. Everything ran smoothly from the first pick up to being dropped of at the hotel. Dam made sure we knew exactly what we were doing at what time. Nice boat, the room was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

At the boat, each unit has bed linen and towels. We had a very nice experience with the Le Journey team, we loved all the activities planed and the service was outstanding in every way. The Cruise manager was of great help and communicated everything to us and made sure we were having a great experience. The boat is very comfortable and the food and cocktails were amazing and it was a wonderful way to see the Halong Bay.
