The view! My gosh it was so perfect watching all the boats from the window. Loved the location. Room was spectacular, staff was great. Would recommend for a weekend away. We really liked that you needed to use the key card at all times to get to the rooms.

This place was clean, attractive, and located perfectly for an initial Chicago excursion. Within walking distance from the river boat tour, close to the pharmacy and convenience stores (across the street), serves up an excellent breakfast daily, with Gym/pool access. This is my go to Chicago spot.

The photos online don't make the hotel look as nice as it is. The music theme is carried through out the hotel, with album covers in the elevator and a variety of music playing. Our room on the 13th floor didn't have a spectacular view - we looked into a car park and up at office building - but the room made up for it. We appreciated the seating area, large bed, and the nice shower. The area was also extremely walkable to the boat tour we took and the navy pier.

I really liked the place. it is centrally located so it's great. Everything is nearby especially for tourists visiting Chicago for the first time. Most of the tours (boat, walking,...) are starting from a spot nearby. There are restaurants and bars as well.

It was an amazing hotel. We booked it for 2 nights. Location is good, right on the magnificent miles. You can walk to almost all tourist places in downtown. Got several food options nearby. Staff was helpful . Rooms were spacious and clean. 360 observatory, oak st beach, ohio st beach, navy pier, the cloud gate, crown fountain were close. The boatrides and cruise rides could be taken easily too from chicago riverwalk. Loved the ambience. Overall a great stay.

Excellent location, it was super easy for us to walk whenever we needed to go including tourist sites (it. the Bean, Mag Mile, Architect Boat Tour) and ample restaurants and stores were around. The space was perfectly clean and well decorated, the bed was fantastic and comfortable. We loved that in-unit washer and dryer was included as well. The view at night was wonderful. We appreciated the easy check in and quick communication.
