It was a great location, about 1 minute from the lake and where the boats depart for the Borromeo Islands. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a bag and little cake when I arrived.

Great location and big apartments with beautiful view on the lake both from inside the apartment and from the terrace/ balcony of the apartment. Great to be able to rent boats and pick them up in front of hotel. Also nice place for some food or drinks with view on the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I especially like the kindness of the staff, all of the little gestures they did for us, like telling us important information about the boat and how to find correct piers, or the free bottle of water they left in our room every day, very appreciated! I loved the antique style of the reception room and the elevator was so helpful! Our room was pretty fine and clean. I would have preferred to have one more pillow.

The hotel location was very convenient, within a few minutes we were in the center with all the restaurants and bars, as well as to the water front where the boats leave for the islands. The hotel parc is very pretty. The staff super friendly and helpful, everyone was smiling and in a good mood all the time. The breakfast room was nice and the homemade cakes were delicious.

The location is great and centrally located. We are on the top floor so it was nice that they helped with the luggage on arrival as there wasn't an elevator. There is a bit of construction downstairs and you are on a major road but the view is wonderful, seeing the lake and boats pass by. Also double check before booking that the owner is available to exchange keys regardless if it falls in the check-in time, we had to go back and forth a little bit, her son was helpful to come exchange the keys whilst she was at work.
