ItalyThe sailing boat parks directly in front of the Porto Turistico. Dozens of Bars, Restaurants and Gelateria are around the Port. We walked to the Subway station Lido Centro, it took us about 40min. Plenty of restaurants, pizzeria along the way, toward the Ostia Lido Centre. The beach is 100meter distance. Fantastic. Alessandro is sympathetic, resolved a technical issue on the boat overnight. True this is not a five-star hotel, do not expect a brand new or super decorated bathroom, but Alessandro presents it with his heart - literally it is equipped with everything one may need, including the salts in the kitchennette. Moreover, it is a life experience to bring your child on a boat.

The host is very friendly and always ready to help. The boat is well equipped, the breakfast very generous and, in a small place, all is thought about. Cozy and perfect for a romantic stay.

Quiet,secure, incredibly relaxing. Fantastic host. Best sleep
I have had in years. Those not familiar with boats should realize that its a bit different. Shower was amazing. The views were awesome. The breakfast materials Angelo left for me were abundant. Almost want to give this a rotten review so I can come back and rent it longer. But. I cannot tell a lie. It was absolutely incredible. Right down to being picked up at airport and the return. As a solo woman. I felt very much cared for yet had my space
I will never hotel again in Rome!

The host went above and beyond to help me and set up the taxi for me. The location was great. The boat has everything that you need. Definitely was a pleasant stay.

It was just great to have the experience of staying in a boat for a couple nights. It was peaceful and kind of like camping. The weather turned while we were there, as a storm was coming. Unfortunately the storm didn't come, it rained and the wind picked up, but nothing as exciting as being on a boat in a storm might have been. Lol. I wasn't sea sick, the motion and sound of the water rocked us to sleep. Memorable experience indeed 😁

We loved novelty of boat and dock. Plenty restaurants nearby, but you really can not beat Angelo as our thoughtful host and the bonus of swans that visited us in the evening and next morning. Loved our stay!

The host is Fantastic! Everything we needed and more was on the boat for us to enjoy. From food to soap and shampoo. And Everything inbetween. And helped us figure out how to get a taxi at 4.30am. Stayed in touch to make sure the taxi showed up
