Mt Bijoux Preferred Accommodation situated in Bloubergstrand features beautiful views of Table Mountain and of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a 1-minute walk from the property.

Each individually decorated room is air-conditioned. It comes equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. The private bathroom includes free toiletries. The breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was served soon after i was seated each day, and cooked perfectly.

Breakfast was very good, with Gladys cooking anything you might want, whilst her sister made up our room. The room we had was very pleasant, good size and beds very comfortable.

The house is absolutely stunning. The welcome we received was warm and friendly. Walking in one knows that the ocean is close by as the place is tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are superb. The hosts and the service staff were really helpful and friendly. We are definitely coming back and taking up those surfing lessons for sure!

What stood out to my wife and I were the excellent breakfast on offer. Jennifer made an English breakfast, but also offered an excellent omelette and at other times crepes. The garden at Mandalay Beach Guest House is so beautiful, but so is the whole property! We would recommend this Guest House for those looking for a quiet vacation spot that is within a 10 minute walk from the beach, and also close to Cape Town. Our stay of 12 nights were absolutely enjoyable, we will miss the hospitality and graciousness of Sharl and Jennifer.
