The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

Lovely appointed rooms, so much attention to detail and aesthetically enhancing pieces. Coffee available24/7. Individuality prepared breakfast with plenty of complimentary pastries, cereals, fruit, and more. Very friendly staff who aim to please. Great location, 10-15 walk from falls view and main attractions center. Bus stop on the same road shorter walk away in both directions.

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. It features free Wi-Fi, a daily homemade breakfast and tastefully decorated accommodation with a flat-screen cable TV. The place is amazing, perfect!!! Clean and very cozzy, both owners are kind and very attentive, could not be better, was the best decision. Breakfast delicious, bed amazing, the bedroom very cozzy with a lot of tiny details that make your stay incredible!!! The last but not the least, the owners, they take their time to make your vacation better, they are AMAZING!

Very clean and comfortable, the owners were lovely and served a delicious breakfast. It’s a 10 minute walk to the centre which we like, we wouldn’t want to stay in the centre as it is a tacky tourist trap.

Cute and intimate old-style b&b - super close to downtown, comfortable bed, we didn’t mind the size of bathroom, homemade breakfast was tasty and fresh, opportunity to meet and chat with other guests, sunny was very friendly, very easy contactless check-in and check-out, private parking - we enjoyed it and recommend it
