The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

The property has quiet street views and is 1.7 km from Old Falls Street and 1.4 km from Rainbow Bridge. The accommodation provides private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking for guests. We found the couple who ran the manor very friendly and helpful. They advised us the best way to get tickets for the Niagara Falls boat trip, seeing it was a weekend and the lines would be long. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Parking on site and the beds were very comfortable. We have traveled from New Zealand and would recommend this manor.
