I was initially overwhelmed about being alone in NYC, but staying here truly made the experience better. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Penn Station and the Metro, in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The room was small (as expected in NYC), but thoughtfully equipped with everything needed: a comfortable bed and pillow, air conditioning, wardrobe, sink, hairdryer, and even a steamer! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. It was also great to have breakfast - simple options like fruit, granola, cereal, bagels, bread, and cream cheese, but in a city as expensive as New York, it saved both time and money. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well-maintained, with facilities on each floor. During my 4-day stay, I only had to wait once and I just went one floor above, so that was also great. I feel very lucky to have booked this place, it made my solo trip feel safe and comfortable. Truly grateful!

The areas were very quiet aesthetically pleasing to the eye from location to parking, to living areas and bedroom. Access to the home and room were easy and without problems. Highly recommend a stay there if you enjoy peace, quiet and a great breakfast!
