We didnt meet anyone, even the restaurant was closed but once we called we got the instructions how to get inside. There are a few parking spots on the street under video surveillance and one small parking spot in the yard behind the gate. Ask the hosts if they can reserve it for you. The gate is never locked though.

The only thing we were missing was some kind of privacy screen so the other guests of the property who were entering/existing had no direct view. Common kitchen was organized and equipped very good.
