The neighborhood was quiet. We had a nice shower. There were not many stores and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery food. They have a kitchen in the common area and we were able to find some utensils. The owner is a very nice guy. He gave us a lift to the airport at 5am for only 25 soles.

Lovely host cooked me breakfast every morning and helped me with everything. The location is nice - not shabby but not too touristy.

Everything, the room was really nice, the entire place is fabulous and the breakfast was wonderful. Can't complain on anything because my stay was perfect! The place at the top where the guests can do breakfast and relax is set up perfectly, nice colors, nice tables and chairs to stay from morning to night! The owners are really nice they let us try everything from local cuisine during breakfast and talked a bit about the neighbourhood. If in the future I'll be back in Lima this place will be my first, second and third option among the ones I tried on my last trip!

Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.
