Shuttle service is available only from the airport to the property, upon request and for a surcharge. Location is perfect in the San Blas area, staff were super helpful and friendly, room was big and clean and breakfast was delicious and a lot more than expected. great value for money! we especially loved the free teas available 24/7.

Hosteria de Anita is a lively family-run guest house in the artistic San Blass District, central Cuzco. Features include colourful accommodations and a tour desk with a selection of regional excursions. It is located on a pedestrian street with stairs leading to the property. Excellent little hotel. Very clean, beautiful, central, and peaceful. Very good breakfast.

In Cusco´s San Blas art district, Amaru Inca is set in a colonial house with internal patio and garden, featuring scenic views. Accommodation includes private bathroom, free WiFi on common areas and buffet breakfast is served daily. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a really good hot shower. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Excellent location.

With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hair dryer, units at the bed and breakfast also feature free WiFi, while certain rooms also offer a patio. All units in the bed and breakfast are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. Everything was very tidy and you could tell, that Michael, the owner, payed a lot of attention to detail. The location was great, with Plaza de Armas only a short stroll away.. Breakfast was delicious and unique and honestly, I have never tasted a better cappuccino in the whole of Latin America and I have traveled there a lot! Everything was prepared with much love and you could tell that Michael is a chef. Michael is such a warm, welcoming person, that, during my one night stay made me feel so at home. He even made it possible for me to have a very early check in at 10:00 am! He went above and beyond helping me to organize my further trip m, etc: “Thank you very much Michael for everything you did for me.” I can only recommend his great place to fellow travelers!

Featuring mountain views, Refugio de Mery Lucmabamba offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 19 km from Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary. This bed and breakfast is 19 km from Manuel Chavez Ballon Museum. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Huayna Picchu is 17 km away. What a fantastic place. Yes it is a little hike up a hill, but we were received with warmth from the owners and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Three of us stayed in the refugios, and our two camping mateswithout a booking were given a safe place to pitch a tent. The rooms were extremely comfy, with many blankets and had an emsuite bathroom with endless hot water. Outside the room is a lovely balcony with massage rollers, exactly what was needed this stage in the trek. The food was the best food I have had on salkantay, very veg and vegan friendly. There are coffee tours on site and a little store that sells the cheapest bread and fresh fruit/veg.when we left Mery gave us all Oreos and a banana for the road.

Estela and her husband are wonderful and greeted us with a smile after trekking to Machu Picchu. Their warmth is a great touch you don't get at most hotels now. They were extremely accommodating holding our bags before we had even checked in. Also, they had hot showers which is difficult to find in Cucso. Highly recommend staying here!!
