After almost one month travelling we found this amazing homestay where we felt like home and had some of our best days in this incredible country. It's been truly a gift to find this beautiful family, the accommodation is just perfect with stunning views of the valley and the monastery, the room is super cute and very comfortable, and the food is delicious. Namobuddha and surroundings are very interesting and peaceful, we came for 2 days and stayed 5! This kind of place remains forever in the heart and its memory will draw a smile on your face when you'll think of them. Thank you to all the family! We'll come back!

I stayed in Nirvana Kuti following the recommendation of Linda, a wonderful woman that I met in Delhi airport. She was indeed accurate: Nirvana Kuti is such a beautiful accomodation, comfortable, clean and pretty new. It was easy to feel home. Besides the comfort of the room, with a big, warm bed, with views to the temple just in front of the house, it is located just a few steps from Durbar square, in a very calm street. I slept extremely well and woke up to the beautiful views. Life is magical and I met Bobby, the owner of Nirvana Kuti, even before my stay. He kindly offered me a ride to Nirvana Kuti, and he made it very easy for me to feel home. Even more, he also allowed me to stay a bit longer because my bus was leaving in the evening. I appreciate Bobby's kindness and the beautiful taste in which the house is built. It is both comfortable and stylish, and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Bobby for making of my last days in Kathmandu (for this time) a beautiful experience and see you next time ♡

The bed and breakfast features a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Wonderfully restored property in the Newari style close to Durbar square. Great terrace with delicious breakfast served to the table by very nice staff. The room is very beautiful, very large, well decorated, in good taste. Keep in mind that Newari style has low ceilings :-) and adapt to it. The Newari windows were gorgeous, nice to sit in the rocking chair next to the window, in the morning. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
