(Having paid ten times the price in casablanca (for dodgy air conditioning that didn't work and no breakfast included) and 5 times the price in Rabat (for a nice Riad but without air conditioning and in a very noisy spot) we really appreciate how perfect, good value, quiet, comfortable and generally fantastic this place is. Thank you for a perfect stay!!! We absolutely 1000% recommend Riad Lala Fatima if you are visiting the Ouzoud waterfalls! (And the waterfalls are spectacular! Definitely worth a visit!)

At the accommodation every room includes air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The property is an old house that is beautifully decorated. It was spotless, and Hakim was the star of our experience. He is an amazing cook and very tidy. Throughout our time in Morocco, Hakim was the only person who didn’t try to take advantage of us. He was incredibly helpful, and this place was the cleanest we stayed at and eat at. The breakfast was very good, the hotel location was very close to the waterfalls. The weather was cold but we managed to heat the room.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The most hospitable host we have had in Morocco. Kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views and very comfortable rooms. Located on the otherside of the valley to the main road, you pass through the grove to get to it, and easy route and leads to a perfect location. I highly recommend staying here.
