Also the rooms are sealed up so it’s pretty much impossible to get mosquitos in there unless you leave the door open.

The location is amazing, quiet but very close to the beach. The room is very spacious and very nice. The outdoor bathroom was the biggest selling point. The lady that owns it is SUPER nice.

The location is very good, just a few minutes from the beach and some lovely restaurants, and being just outside of Matara itself is perfect as Polhena is beautiful! The room is beautifully designed and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay!
