This place is truly magical. In the mornings you wake up surrounded by nature, with the songs of birds all around. The family is a lovely couple with two adorable little daughters who brought us fresh flowers from the garden every day. The husband and wife are warm, simple, and genuine – something rare to find nowadays. Staying with them reminded us how happiness really comes from enjoying the little things. The accommodation is owned by a very nice family, the rooms are very clean, the food is excellent, we felt like home here and we highly recommend it. Very good location ,close to Lion Rock, on the main street surrouded by some restaurans and few small stores. The host has his own tuk-tuk and can help with transport to Pidurangala or around the area.I strongly recomand this homestay and wish to come back here.

Walking distance from restaurants and Lion’s rock. Stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable and more than what I expected. Everything was beautiful. The beautifully maintained garden is filled with vibrant plants and flowers, offering plenty of cozy spots to relax—whether in a hammock, at a dining area, or playing table games. Being in the middle of nature, you can expect the delightful sounds of wildlife, including peacocks. It truly adds to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the Sri Lankan food. The meals were not only delicious but also generously portioned. I highly recommend skipping outside restaurants and instead asking the staff to prepare dinner for you—you won’t be disappointed!
