The family is a lovely couple with two adorable little daughters who brought us fresh flowers from the garden every day. The husband and wife are warm, simple, and genuine – something rare to find nowadays. Staying with them reminded us how happiness really comes from enjoying the little things. In the middle of the jungle, the staff is really nice and helpful, they managed many services for us (tuktuks, bike rental, safari, laundry and even umbrellas during the heavy night rains) We had all our meals there (breakfast was enough for lunch)

We also did a cooking class with mum and grandma which was so interesting and many laughs and the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had. At the end we were so sad to leave but hope to return one day to stay again as we feel like family members. We loved the food, very tasty and prepared with care. Breakfast was full of variety every day. Hosts were very kind and eager to help. We couldn't be happier, absolute value, would recommend to anybody without reservations.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the owner personally took us to Pidurangala Rock at 5:30 am by tuk-tuk to see the sunrise, and waited for us (extra fee). The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and truly authentic. As a lovely parting gesture, we received magnets during check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience!
