It was fascinating hearing the history of the residence.. Very much enjoyed the stay. We are coming here since 2017 as feel like home to home. We will come back again. The owners handled everything easily and the meals were arranged well. They even arranged a tuk tuk for my parents for a reasonable price to go everywhere in Jaffna. My parents were more than satisfied.

The room is off of a shared kitchen/lounge space and a balcony, which was really nice for preparing snacks and relaxing. Everything was very clean and nicely situated. The biggest highlight of this place was our wonderful hosts. The host family could not have been more gracious. We happened to be in Jaffna for the new year, and they took us under their wing, sharing their traditions (including treats, dressing, a visit to the temple and fireworks at night). Their sweet kids played with our kids and, all in all, they made us feel completely at home in this beautiful city. We're very grateful for their generosity and hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
