Housed in a building dating from 2022, this bed and breakfast is 19 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 20 km from Khan Clock Tower. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The villa was spotless and very cozy—excellent value for money. The property manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It even has an elevator, which is nice if you have the room upstairs. Location is great, there is a mall within walking distance that has everything you need. Despite being relatively central, the location is super quiet. The on premise caretaker is amazing and so is the host, we would definitely come back here!

The staff is super friendly. I forgot my apple pencil here and they kept it safe for me over 3 weeks until I came back to Colombo, thank you! :)

The hotel and neighborhood were quiet at night. And best of all are the people working at the hotel: professional, friendly, kind, and helpful.
