Very friendly family, the best pancakes we ever had for breakfast, very cosy place perfect for kids to run around. We loved our stay and would be happy to come back one day!

Literally less than 1 min to the beach. Caring, attentive host. The host is so welcoming and happy to help with anything. Amazing food. Breakfast is incredible and very generous. Would really recommend having dinner at the guesthouse at least once as it’s the most amazing Sri Lankan home cooked food and very reasonably priced!!

Situated in Kalkudah, within 500 metres of Kalkudah Beach and 400 metres of Sri Muththu Mariyamman Kovil, Bay Walk by AHSRAM features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for... This place is twice as nice as the Ubay Homestay I stayed at in Trincomalee for which I paid much more - $30 per night. What's better about it, besides the lower price, is: More spacious, more modern room Fewer bugs (really hardly any) Larger, less smelly bathroom Much quieter setting. Instead of being in the middle of a bunch of other places, including a loud hostel next door, as Ubay was, this place is in a wide open, peaceful setting, the only close neighbor a church. Better breakfast at the same price - 1300 Free, filtered water A larger staff, very attentive, but unobtrusive, only there when you need them The two beaches nearby are quieter and less crowded Much thanks to Usha, the owner's wife, who speaks excellent English. She welcomed me graciously with fresh coconut water and gave me another one when I left.

The room was spacious and the shower was good. The staff are all really helpful and nice! Good location close to both beaches. We had a tuktuk so we went up to elephant rock very easily. We would stay here again.

Boasting garden views, New Land Guest House provides accommodation with patio, around 1.5 km from Pasikuda Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The place was really comfortable, the room was big even with 3 people inside. Each room has their own balcony which is nice to hang out. You can order food at the guest house it is really tasty and good value for money. One of the beaches is 20 minutes away by walking and the other one 30 minutes. Next to the hotel there is a little shop/ restaurant if you want to eat outside or need water.

We stayed one night here and everything was perfect! The room was really clean and the bed was so comfortable! I recommend this place without hesitation :)

Located in Pasikuda, a few steps from Pasikuda Beach, Sana Kuna Holiday Resort provides accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking and a garden.
