The room was very spacious and well equipped! The bus stop is just few meters away from the hotel and the walk to the train station is basically a straight line 👍

While the bathrooms were not attached to the bedrooms because the house could not be remodeled to change the existing structure (as it is designated as a Protected Traditional House), each bedroom had an assigned private bathroom with a good shower and fancy amenities. This probably is the closest you can get living like a Josun Dynasty aristocrat in the modern day Korea. The owner lady was very helpful in providing tips for restaurants and things to do and see and very attentive to our comfort. While it is conveniently located (if you have a rental car) to explore the whole South Western provinces of Korea (UNESCO World Heritage Site tidal flats!), I thought that just staying in the house perched on the wooden floor looking out beautiful trees and drying persimmons with a book in hand itself was a huge treat. I would definitely stay here again!
