The hosts, Luca, Luca and Vivianna were welcoming, fun and supportive of making our stay as full and as comfortable as possible. We also appreciated the simplicity of the rooms and just being able to get on with our stay.

Amazing location - close to all sightseeing places. Everything was reachable on foot. The room was ready before the arrival and we were provided with the entrance code. We were informed on the arrival day a bit earlier that TV is not working and as a compensation were given a coupon for coffee and sweet in an amazing local cafeteria. Room had everything we needed including a nice terrace.

Great options for breakfast. I'd say this is well located but it's not directly in the city centre (within the river) but it's a short walk away. I was able to keep my luggage at the property after checking out which was great. Shout out to Manuel, he was great 👍 extremely accommodating of my last minute booking.

The rooms in the guest house are equipped with a flat-screen TV. All rooms include a private bathroom and free toiletries, and some units at Residenza Elisabetta have a balcony. Guest rooms at the accommodation feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. Some rooms have a shared kitchen, while the Two-Bedroom Apartment has a private one. Very central location for the old part of Verona, 3-5 minutes walk to Juliet'a house for example. Yet it's in a quiet side street so away from the noise even though we went during VinItaly when the whole place was buzzing. We have a small balcony too. Room is lovely with own bathroom and power shower with good force. It is a flat with another room and a shared kitchen. Andrea brings fresh cheese and charcuterie and croissants every morning. He leaves bottled water in the fridge and there is also fruit juices and milk and he has a proper ground coffee machine in the kitchen for your use! Nothing is too much trouble for Andrea and you only have to ask and he will advise. His mother even picked us up from the train station because it was difficult to get a taxi during our time in Verona, unexpected kind gesture that was immensely appreciated.
