The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful with local tips and info. The service, the comfort, the atmosphere—flawless. We’ve stayed in apparently fancier, more luxurious hotels, but this place gave us that truly exclusive vibe—where you feel seen, cared for, and genuinely valued. It’s the perfect place to relax, sip wine, unwind, and feel completely spoiled from start to finish.

They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. The property is right up against the wall of the Cassero, and thus has a beautiful view out to the west. In the morning, the breakfast is served indoors or outside, and is delicious! Communication with the hosts was easy and they were extremely kind! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we have an opportunity to return to Castiglion Fiorentino.

They took the kids to collect eggs from the chickens, gave them a fun ride on the tractor, helped us book a table at a local restaurant, and took the time to share with us the story of their place and their journey. The rooms are beautiful and full of character, and the surrounding nature is simply breathtaking. There’s a special sense of peace and authenticity in the air – a perfect getaway to reconnect and unwind. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here – it’s an experience we’ll never forget, and Steve and Jenny are truly exceptional hosts.
