Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. We spent a week in this traditional, comfortable, roomy suite with a sweet outdoor sitting area. High standard of cleanliness, towels changed frequently and it felt like a home away from home. Exceptional location and Serena was very friendly and available to give suggestions for dinner. The breakfast was a bonus in the little family run cafe downstairs. We loved our time in Orvieto and at La Magnolia. Highly recommended!

Each room features air-conditioning, a private bathroom, and a view of a landmark. Lovely! Host is very nice and helpful and have given us good advises. Verica and her husband are proud of their rooms and so it should be. The room was great and very very clean. We slept well and the bathroom is comfortable en good looking. The hotel is in the centre of Assisi. We would recommend this hotel for sure!
