Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. I loved how everything was Modern, clean & fresh, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was very good, it was close proximity to the train station, a small convenience store & the town.

Super super clean room, large and very modern, exactly as per the photos or even better. We had room 4 with a small garden view. The bad is comfortable, and there are extra pillows if needed. The bathroom is exceptional, and the shower has good pressure, nice toiletries provided. Coffee machine with capsules + small snack + tea offered the 2 days stay + water for the first night. Every room has its entrance through the common area (large corridor), smells nice everywhere... Lina and her son Jorgen (speaks english) are very nice and helpful. They did the check-in and checkout in person, and we communicated with Google translate when needed with no issues. The location is great, 3 minutes from La Spezia train station and 5 minutes walking to downtown (restaurants), a very quiet area. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Recommended 100%.

The room is clean, aesthetically pleasing, very comfortable, and excellently equipped. Refreshments are provided – water, coffee, tea, and sweets. Communication with the owner is very smooth and helpful. An ideal place as a base for visiting Cinque Terre; less than a 10-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale train station.

As in all the other reviews special mention to the really helpful and kind Stefania who gave us really good tips and advices about things to do and places where to eat around and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was just perfect and super clean really close to the train station for easy access to the cinque terre and the city's main streets.

Wonderful property, beautifully designed, heating system worked really well, great position if you are getting a train and also close to restaurant and the centre. Very welcoming and comfortable, highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed. Great communication with Laura. She was really reactive and so kind. The location was great, you walk 4 or 5mn to the train station. We absolutely recommend staying here!!! And will definitely come back if we come back to La Spezia.

Được xây dựng vào năm 2024, chỗ nghỉ nằm cách Mare Monti Shopping centre 35... Is in a perfect location!! Sooo close to the train station, the restaurants, perfect base to visit cinque terre! And the room is so nice and have a balcony, with a table to take breakfast or just relax, 10/10
