A room was modern and clean, they had a very cute balcony were you can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There was a safe where you can leave your precious belongings. Very central, and comfortable to reach all the destinations, not far from train station, bus to Portovenere or Lerici around the corner.

She anticipated all that we would need during our stay and was always 2 steps ahead!:) Place feels like brand new, very comfortable and well positioned! The accommodation was impeccably clean, quiet, and the location near the train station is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. Communication with the host was flawless, and what impressed me the most was her care and attention: when I wanted to stay an extra night and couldn’t extend the booking through the platform, she personally took care of everything and moved me to another place just as good, also close to the station. I truly felt that the host looked after my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If I return to La Spezia, I will definitely choose this place again.

This is a great place to stay. The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

The property is located close to the Giant statue in Monterosso, about 10 minutes from the train station and the beach, and the walk is easy with no uphill climb. The room was clean, had all the necessary amenities, plus coffee and sweets. Highly recommended!
