Borgo Paradiso is located on a rather steep hill and allows a spectacular view over the roofs of Maccagno to Lago Maggiore. Our guest house was more than 100 years old, but nicely renovated. Our 2 rooms were on each side of a fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony. The rooms had a good size, a wooden ceiling, and very comfortable beds. The bathroom had a good size and even a window! Our host Charlene spoke excellent English and was extremely nice and helpful. She offered us a gift of blueberry jam and honey and a coupon for free ice cream in the village. She also sent us advice for restaurants and which sights to see at Maccagno. Also the farmer who brought the breakfast (with fresh bread, cake, cheese and prosciutto) was very nice and made us feel welcome.

Massimo, Arianna and family arw amazing. They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!

Smeštajni objekat Affittacamere La Quiete nudi besplatan WiFi u celom objektu i jedinice sa klima-uređajem u gradu Arona. The apartment was lovely, well (and seemed newly) equipped and very clean, we liked the balcony. Tatiana, the host, and her husband were kind and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough.

In a perfect location in Arona this is a fully renovated guest house, exceptional facilities, everything is carefully thought out. The hostess Debora is a very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and Debora adapted it our requests. Debora also suggested some great restaurants to dine in.

Very nice place, small hotel, not far from the city center, direct on the beach. In quiet part of Cannobio. Building is renewed, owner very friendly and helpfull. It was pleasure to stay here, looking forward for next visit.
