Near sea side with nice beach. Easy access. Free parking place in front of the building in quiet street. Very nice view from the balcony. Apartment is well equipped. Staff is very friedly, and always very helpful. Manfredionia is very nice and peaceful city. Near San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo. A lot of nice cafeteria and restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Italian breakfast is served in cafeteria, with very nice staff. Cafeteria is near apartment. I do recommend this place.

Room is nicely decorated and staff is super friendly. There is also a minibar where you can get some beverages/coffee and snacks for free during your stay. Breakfast is basic (croissant and coffee but you can get it on a nice bar beside the lake).
