Great location, a warm and welcoming host, and an incredibly smooth check-in process. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. She not only shared valuable recommendations on places to visit but also took the time to chat with us whenever we met, making us feel truly at home. She was genuinely interested in getting to know us and also told us lot of things about Goa, which made our stay even more special. Her hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, and Rafiq is an attentive, discreet, and incredibly helpful host. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Amazing balcony. Big rooms. Nice lobby area. I keep coming back!

The staff were really amazing & looked after us so well, best service we have had in India for sure.

We arrived at dawn - much earlier than I had expected and Pauls staff could not be more helpful. They even gave us a choice of rooms which was unexpected. Such a wonderful place to stay in nature with such a relaxed lifestyle. On leaving Paul and his staff came out to say goodbye with hugs all round - had a lump in my throat as we pulled away. Book now - you won't be disappointed!

Situated in Palolem, 80 metres from Palolem beach, Hilias Retreat boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property has also been recently renovated. We had an amazing experience at Hilias Retreat - room with a balcony, very clean room overall, especially towels and linen, also small cleaning in the middle of our stay was included. Location is good, a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants with good food. Small fridge in a room - big plus.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. AC works, ceiling fans, hot water, everything was perfect. Kitchen is basic, no cooking utensils. Fridge works fine. Alba Rooms Palolem Rosebuds is located just 30 metres from the Palolem Beach and 100 metres from Palolem Bus Station. Free WiFi access is available in the rooms of the property. I honestly can't rave enough about this place. Such great value for money- the place it's self was super comfortable, big comfy bed. I loved having a fridge and my own personal balcony. Not to mention your 30 seconds away from the beach, and even so, it's actually extremely quiet in the room you do not feel like your on the main road at all. The staff are so helpful with everything I needed, even if I didn't ask for it! really exceptional service. It's also right nextdoor to a place where you can get cash back (form of atm) and a SIM card which honestly was so convenient and necessary because the next ATM was far. Couldn't have picked a better place.
