The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to Hiranandani, SEEPZ, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was professional and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. The building is safe and well-maintained, and the apartment had all necessary amenities including a kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Great value for money in a prime location. Highly recommended for both work trips and leisure stays!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Aadesh (the owner) is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host who took great care of us throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. It was easily the best stay of our one-week trip. Even though our stay was for just one day, it left a lasting memory. What made it truly special was the love and care shown to our kid. Aadesh surprised her with a Christmas gift and even arranged hot chocolate just to make her smile. These small gestures meant a lot to us. The food was delicious, and the staff was humble, warm, and courteous.

The rooms are clean and equipped with hot water and air conditioning, providing a comfortable stay. However, one drawback is that the rooms are located on the second floor, which can make it quite challenging for older guests to navigate the stairs.

WHen I came it looks I was a bit unexpected, but it is a friendly neighborhood and suddenly all people start to help and in just ten minutes everything was arranged and I was in the room. There where two rooms at the second floor and I could choose. One is on the street site and the backside was a room with view on the hills. It is a lovely city with an important temple (on a hill with great view) and also the holy city Morgaon is closeby. At the end of my stay I had a problem with cash, and the owner and his family where very kind and took a lot of time to help me out.
