Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Baywood Goa stands out as one of the finest accommodations I've ever experienced. The property's proximity to the beach is just one of the numerous aspects that left me thoroughly impressed. It was exactly like the pictures and the rooms were quite spacious. The owner, Mr. Hemant, was so helpful throughout our stay, made us feel very welcome and helped us with anything we needed. He assured us that we could reach out to him anytime, even for minor inconveniences, which he would promptly resolve. The entire staff was really helpful and kind and the rooms were impeccably clean. They went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The complimentary breakfast was really good and we had a couple of different options to choose from. Other meals were also available home cooked and at very reasonable price. Varsha, too, was very pleasant and helpful. In sum, I've discovered my preferred hotel for all future visits to North Goa, and I enthusiastically recommend it to others as well.
