The staff were exceptional, answered all our questions that we had, and assisted us with onward travel. They also booked our Ijen tour for 350K each. The breakfast was really nice. The morning we left, we left very early, before breakfast time, and without asking they packed us a takeaway breakfast which was so nice of them. Definately recommend staying here.

The property is so well done, homey and high quality and such a good value. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel like family, from early check ins at 6am after long night trains to dropping you off at the bus station they miss no small detail to make you feel at home.

Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at in my entire life and the value for money is unbelievable. The place is brand new so when I saw it on booking.com it was almost too good to be true so we went to see it in person to make sure it was as good as the pictures and it was even better! The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have the best possible stay. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely book again on my next trip to watukarung!
