The location is pretty and it’s easy to get to many of the beautiful things to see in the New Forest, especially ponies and the car museum. Whilst the cottage isn’t huge it’s very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Our host was welcoming, helpful and provided tasty things to make our own breakfast. We particularly loved the horses being our “neighbors “. Definitely recommend.

Nick and Judith were the perfect hosts at this lovely Bed & Breakfast situated in the middle of the New Forest Area. Easy street parking with restaurants and pubs close by. Very clean, tea and coffee in room, good internet and good breakfast in the morning. They were so kind as to provide dinosaur plate and cutlery for our daughter. Nick waited for us past check in time since our flight was delayed. Will hopefully stay again in the near future.

All units at the bed and breakfast are fitted with a seating area. The location is fantastic. Good parking. Very good for easy access to anywhere in the new Forest. It is about 5 mins walk from the centre of Lyndhurst which has numerous very good shops, pubs and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was perfect with a very good selection of cereals and cooked food. The coffee was excellent! The hosts are very nice and are keen to make your stay memorable. Pretty much the perfect B&B.

Everything was Perfect - we arrived after 6pm and Sean showed us to our room which was absolutely immaculate - so friendly and helpful. Excellent touches with the fudge and apple juice. Highly recommended- sorry about the noise from our two toddlers! We would love to return in the future.
