A delicious continental breakfast is served in Roots cafe below each morning. It was a good location - right on the promenade and the little garden at the back of the property was useful for our dog. The owner/staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Dora was an amazing host and Tommy cooks a mean breakfast. The location is perfect. Quiet and no large hills to climb, just 10 minutes from the centre and a short stroll to the seafront. Also it is directly opposite some wonderful gardens. The room was spacious, clean and the bed super comfortable. I would recommend this place highly as it also has a guest lounge to relax in. It is also great value for money compared to other similar places.
