Everything you need for a comfortable stay only a short distance away from Inverness City centre. Quiet area with room for parking outside either on the drive or street. Host Margaret introduced herself briefly on our arrival but otherwise we were left to enjoy our stay privately, though they are more than happy to help if needed and send out a lovely pre welcome message once checking in date is arriving.

Loved the location, cleanliness, size of room, shower, room temperature, quality of bed linen, peace and quiet, excellent breakfast, easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay again ! Breakfast consisted of fresh tea and coffee, toast with jam or marmalade, fresh fruits, choice of yoghurts, muffins, croissants, cereals. Plenty of it. Beautiful dining room, impeccably presented !

Up for a 2 day archery competition a few miles away. Wanted somewhere close with basic facilities and good value just to lay my weary head. Delivered in spades with a single top floor room with private shower room/loo. To be fair, room/bathroom was small, but fine for a single traveller. Add in great staff and a couple of excellent breakfasts and I was very happy. Ate in restaurant too, very good. It's not luxury accommodation by any means, but did all the basics well. Overall, very happy

Very clean room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed and warm and cosy bedroom. The bathroom has a very good shower and all was clean and in good order. Internet was fast and easy. Great location. The guest house is on a quiet road but its very easy to get to the city centre - just a 5 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The co-op supermarket is in easy distance for snacks etc. The hostess is very charming, and although there was some confusion about the booking it was sorted out easily and gracefully.
