The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and linen crisp and fresh. We had a lovely stay and the dining room is a nice idea as you can use it to work and to warm up your food. You can get a take out and eat there. Parking across the road in the public parking for guests. Restaurant and high street within easy walking distance.

Our stay was perfect. The welcome was warm and friendly and the decor of the room was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable and everything was thought of. Would stay again.

The bed and breakfast, set in a building dating from 1900, is 37 km from Edinburgh International Conference Centre and 38 km from Edinburgh Castle. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. We have stayed here a few times now as this is the best B&B I have stayed in. Barbera is such a lovely host. The room is immaculate as is the whole building. Barbera makes a full cooked breakfast for you from a choice of items. Everything on the breakfast list is of good quality and very tasty. The small fridge in the bedroom is stocked with goodies as well. I would highly recommend this gem of a place.

We brought our own breakfast supplies and the hosts provided the cutlery etc. Great room, fantastic views, very comfy. Would stay again.
