The room is beauitfully appointed, very spacious with views on the beautiful grounds that surround the house, and it's own separate entrance (only the Balmain room has this I think) The bed is huge and super comfortable, we slept so well. The bathroom is also spacious and luxurious. Breakfast is made to order each morning, in addition to a breakfast buffet that you can help yourself to. Louise bakes all the cakes herself and they are superb. This is a stay I will always remember.

Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this guest house is 26 km from Hilton Community Centre and 26 km from Aberdeen Harbour. The property is non-smoking and is set 9.2 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. Nice and quiet location with really comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was also really nice. There was breakfast in the fridge with a nice table set up in the room with berries, yogurth, tea, cheese, etc a and a toaster.

The units include a private pool featuring garden views. At the guest house, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. This place was an absolute wee gem to find. Mary and James couldn't be more hospitable and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. The pool is an amazing feature and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute there. Thanks again
