Very kind and helpful with everything. He even threw together a nice spread of cheese and ham for us when we arrived a bit exhausted in the evening on New Years day saving us from having to drive all the way to one of the bigger cities to find an open supermarket/restaurant. Breakfast was very good and upon request they also offer excellent home made dinners in the evening in a nice familiar atmosphere. The place itself is as advertised, offering beautiful views from the terraces where we enjoyed our breakfast and the room itself as well as the shared bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and functional. The area itself is very quiet and with a rental car we found the location to offer a good balance between being able to reach the beach for relaxation and Teide national park for hiking (and there are also some nice local hiking options).

The staff is very friendly, professional and at the same time homely. The breakfasts have everything you need. The house - I have never seen it so clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. The nights are quiet, the location is great (of course you have to have some kind of transport) there is an airport nearby, a good connection to all directions of the island.

Excellent small hotel for a stopover night close to TFS. There are local buses to get from the airport to San Isidro bus station (basically the first stop). Buy the tkt on the bus from the driver, don't bother with the prepaid transport card that costs 2 euro plus you need to charge a minimum of 10 on it... only 10 minutes bus ride. from San Isidro bus stop go to the main road an walk uphill. The hotel is located about 20 mins. walking away uphill. For an early morning flight, the first bus is at 4.45am and gets to the airport around 5am. If you have to check-in bags and have to be there before 5am, no options but walk. It takes about 1h10min. on a side road as in the hills, check googlemaps. Not fun if you have bags but a super quiet walk at 3am, zero traffic. Taxis are unreliable for early mornings pick up and expensive too. Stay at Tulum if you can plan your trip back to the airport without stress. Really affordable and good accomodation. My room had bunk beds and bathroom in the corridor.
