He even threw together a nice spread of cheese and ham for us when we arrived a bit exhausted in the evening on New Years day saving us from having to drive all the way to one of the bigger cities to find an open supermarket/restaurant. Breakfast was very good and upon request they also offer excellent home made dinners in the evening in a nice familiar atmosphere. The place itself is as advertised, offering beautiful views from the terraces where we enjoyed our breakfast and the room itself as well as the shared bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and functional. The area itself is very quiet and with a rental car we found the location to offer a good balance between being able to reach the beach for relaxation and Teide national park for hiking (and there are also some nice local hiking options).

The staff is very friendly, professional and at the same time homely. The breakfasts have everything you need. The house - I have never seen it so clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. The nights are quiet, the location is great (of course you have to have some kind of transport) there is an airport nearby, a good connection to all directions of the island.

I discovered Kiki solely because I needed to stay close to the airport for a very early morning flight, and I'm so glad I did. I was there very shortly, but the vibe it gave me was a bit like a great hybrid between a hostel (people hanging out, easy to have conversations) and a 'serious' hotel, with very nice, very clean rooms. The bathroom was spacious, the bed very comfortable. There are enough closets and other storage to keep things organized (including closets in the bathroom and one for shoes). Two bedside tables with reading lamps and plugs close to the bed, a mini fridge...everything you need. It's in a quiet neighbourhood in a pedestrian only street, so very peaceful. There is a covered (wind and rain) patio with little tables and chairs outside where they serve breakfast in the morning and you can eat, drink, and hang out. Very kind staff who offered to make me a breakfast package for my early departure without me even asking, and also offered to order me a taxi, helped me with my luggage, and showed me the room. I also appreciated the coffee/tea self serve area, particularly helpful during said very early morning flight.
