Everything was clean and well prepared. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff members were very nice and extremely helpful. The location was perfect, we walked almost everywhere. There was a fridge with beverage (plenty of bottles of cold water, cans of soda) for the guests free of charge - a huuge plus for that. There were also snacks, coffee/tea station, a common area and a cute terrace- everything available for the guests to be used anytime. Overall I absolutely recommend this place!

Dieses kleine Hotel befindet sich auf der 1. Etage eines modernistischen Gebäudes, nur 50 m von Barcelonas berühmter Einkaufsstraße Passeig de Gràcia entfernt. Circa 1995 is located within a historic building tucked away in the heart of Barcelona. It has been beautifully and tastefully appointed retaining many original features such as floors and ceiling. The B&B is very comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay, there are many thoughtful details such as the facility to make hot drinks at any time. Breakfast was delicious, a wonderful selection. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We were offered a room upgrade on arrival as there was a larger room available than the one we had booked. The staff helped us with advice on places to visit and on request they recommended restaurants and booked a table for us. We had a problem with a leak in our bathroom during our stay. As soon as I reported this to the staff, the leak was cleaned up and a plumber arrived very quickly and resolved the issue. We were very impressed with how quickly and professionally the staff dealt with it. I cannot recommend Circa 1905 highly enough - we hope to return to Barcelona and will definitely choose to stay there again.
