It’s fun watching all the big boats go through the locks in the evening while having a glass of wine/ beer/ coffee -Honor refrigerator with beer and wine - rooms were good with very comfortable beds, nice tv, bathroom shower had good pressure and a shower mat ( thank you). Our rooms both had a balcony with table and 2 chairs - breakfast was very good..hard boiled eggs, assorted meats, breads, jams, fresh fruit, cereals, juices..etc..(10 euro per person) The breakfast area is light and airy - if Angela has time ask to see her collection of beautiful stained glass Tiffany lamps in the cellar!

We had wine tasting and bought good wines of the house. Breakfast was excellent and the owner is very kind. There are good restaurants in a short walk, but nearest supermarket is in the next village.
