The best sleep I had in ages!! Loved the balcony it was so peaceful. Ben and his family were so accomodating and friendly. It was a lovely touch for Ben to come to us and welcome us. And OMG the breakfast was just divine the best I have had from any where I stayed. So lovely pity it was so short but we hope to be back again 😁

It’s fun watching all the big boats go through the locks in the evening while having a glass of wine/ beer/ coffee -Honor refrigerator with beer and wine - rooms were good with very comfortable beds, nice tv, bathroom shower had good pressure and a shower mat ( thank you). Our rooms both had a balcony with table and 2 chairs - breakfast was very good..hard boiled eggs, assorted meats, breads, jams, fresh fruit, cereals, juices..etc..(10 euro per person) The breakfast area is light and airy - if Angela has time ask to see her collection of beautiful stained glass Tiffany lamps in the cellar!

Location very good, staying in Trittenheim for the first time (we know the Mosel region and usually stay in busier towns). The breakfast was superb, good choices. We enjoyed the tradition of the building and the freedom of the reception room downstairs. We will definitely re-visit next summer!
