Booked this property with family of 4. Room 1.3 was spacious with 3 beds and a sofa. All is newly renovated and well thought out. Beds are comfortable. Airco, which we didn't need as the windows open and have nets. Location is quiet, easy parking in front. Breakfast at 11 Euro is value for money. We were offered freshly made omelette or scrambled eggs. Good coffee and tea. Basically it is like a big hotel, but at 1/3 the price. For late arrivals there's a convenient key-dispenser. Contact the property and they will send you instructions.

Mr. Kellerhoff is a very meticulous person. The room is very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful building. There are computer desk and chair, drying racks, irons, shoes, stationery and many tools in the room. Thanks very much for Mr. Kellerhoff's warm hospitality.
