The location is not only picturesque, but very central to all the trails, that lead you on paths exploring the beautiful surrounding area. It's a great place to start a hike or cylce. The room was spacious, cozy, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family to stay in and not be on top of each other. The owners were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and nearby activities to do. They even invited us to an evening campfire, where we had a great time singing under the stars. Although we visited in the summer, I can see how it would be great in every season, being on a great cross country skiing path. Can't wait to come back!

The setting of the Pension Hubert is stunning, right next to the UNESCO beech forests and mountains. After a fantastic day of walking through the forest and getting the views from the peaks in the area we were able to come back and have a lovely swim in the freshwater lake in the hotel grounds. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bathroom really well set out, beds very comfortable. The kitchen and living areas of the apartment was complemented with a cute balcony that looked over the little stream. The staff were helpful, sense of peace and tranquility was fantastic

Everything. Design, construction, decor, the little things, the drive to the train for departure all ex ellent. I enjoyed first a bus ride on no. 15 up a valley, waited 15 minutes near bus at last stop, then return. Then I took bus 3x ( trams out for construction at the end of that line) to the point of two museums on a cross roads, maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Stopped in that vicinity, then walked up the road, turned left, second right, to see homes in that area from over a hundred years of age. Arrived botanical gardens corner, walked down through path in trees, then left past zoo. Locals out walking. Cold drink at tennis club, then strolled up that hillock a d down and back to botanical gardens. I recommend the gardens, with aquariums, a few birds upstairs, crocodile (unexpected) in the tropical/ desert.glasshoyses. plus there are outdoor gardens of great variety, labeled plants, shade and sun. Neither too big nor too small. Ice cream from Six Cafe recommended. Walked back to see North Bohemian natural history museum. Recommend. Bus 3x to town, supermarket near Fygneriva stop. Previous evening St Anthony the Great Church, and city square.
