I had issue with my charging converter, christian was really helpful with that, I thank him for that. I highly recommend this place, loved it

They provided a lot for us 5 people, 4 beds and 1 sofa, one of which is wide and suitable for 2 people. The toilet is really clean. Additionally, there are free coffee, hot water, and microwave in the minus first floor. It’s just next to the Lake Thunersee, really good view! And they also provided free parking! This parking is just next to the hotel.
