The room is very comfortable, very well decorated with everything you need. The breakfast is small-sized, but delicious. In the addic you can relax at ever time you want and use complementary tea for example and enjoy & relax in a cosy place while it's freezing outside. The location of the Oak House is pretty good. Wien Meidling train station is reachable in 5 minutes by foot as well as tram and bus stops. The Metro stations are little bit further, but also reachable by foot in a reasonable time. We stayed here for 3 nights and are looking forward to stay here again on our next Vienna trip. Nadine and Alina, thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

The single room was compact, but comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Free tea/coffee and snacks in the kitchen were nice. The location was perfect— easy bus/tram to the old town. Checkin/out is easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

Some might find it lacks convenience in facilities (just a few, usual for big hotels and not needed here), but it is functional, and hospitality characterizes this place. And breakfast is certainly worth mentioning, as it is made from fresh products that owners use in their product business. I recommend trying for people who like places with their own unique vibe.

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Free WiFi is available, and a chargeable parking garage is located behind the property. It locates in the centre and walking distance for the museum quarter. Easy access from the airport. Tina was very helpful and always gave quick response to my inquiries which made me feel so comfortable.

Partly renovated in 2016, the rooms have a private bathroom, a telephone and a basic work desk. They do not feature a TV or a radio, and thus contribute to the property's peaceful ambience. WiFi is available in the building. The location is very central, the room looks nice, staff is very friendly. Definitely worth it.

Within 7 minutes on foot, the Museum Quarter can be reached. The picturesque Spittelberg Area, where guests can find bars, restaurants and cafés, is just 200 metres away. Schönbrunn Palace can be reached within 20 minutes by public transports. One of the best locations in Vienna near Mariahilfer Straße. Staff was very helpful. It was very quite and we really enjoyed our stay a lot.
